Michelle Ward has a great and fun idea @http://is.gd/iRGx, basically she will “interview” anyone who wants (only 5 questions) and post :) So here are my 5 Questions:

1: What’s the most important quality you need to be a successful bodybuilder?

First when people through the years have asked this or something similar, I always say it helps to have insanity in the family that goes back at least 2 generations, LOL  But in a more serious vein the most important is determination and disipline, two character traits which are neccessary to achieve any worthwhile goal.

2: If you could meet your favorite movie character, who would it be and what would say?

Easy one for me here, has to be Sly Stallone, did a stand-in for him once, but never got to meet him. I would love to have coffee with Rocky and simply say how much I appreciate him giving us the story which has had to inspire more people whether in sports, writing even politics than any other character in movie history. Rocky reaching down deep into what makes all of us want to strive for what is best in us, even when it hurts, even when you want to quit, but knowing there is something in the human spirit that won’t say quit, that in my opinion is the crowning charactertic of a “winner.”

3: What evokes jealousy within you? Don’t have a clue why this question came up for me, LOL This I had to think about, I suppose it would be for the people who are close to me to give others more time and/or attention than they give to me, yeah I know it may not be pretty but if I am honest, guess that would be it.

4: Are you a morning, afternoonm or night person? Why? Definately night person. Why? First, that is the way my body clock has always been set and secondly have always basically been an entertainer, and the night is when the world likes to be entertained.

5: What are your favorite song lyrics, and what do they say to you?I am a songwriter and wish I could say and repeat here something that I have written, but again if I am honest have to say, ELO’s “Hold on Tight to Your Dreams” “When you see the shadows falling, when you feel the cold wind calling, Hold on Tight to your Dreams.” What this says to me is all of us have dreams and any that is worthwhile is not easily taken, there are roadblocks, stumbles, broken bones, cuts and sometimes blood, on your face in your heart and covering your soul, and when the tears fall and the pain is unbearable, Hold on Tight to Your Dreams, and they will not be denied. How I love that song :)
